Cohabitation

investigation information

Overview

Cohabitation is when two people who aren't married stay together without formally registering as a married couple.  When it comes to alimony and divorce, cohabitation is one of the main deciding factors to the terms of the divorce.  Don't waste money paying unnecessary alimony if you believe your ex or soon-to-be ex-spouse is living with someone else.  STIS can provide you with the evidence you need to construct a solid case against them.  A Private Investigator can gather the evidence without any bias and in a legal manner that the courts will have to admit.

GPS Monitoring

  • We provide GPS monitoring on the people our clients want us to in order to assure that they are, in fact, living together
  • Our GPS units are small and harder to find and can last up to a week
  • We also provide the the client the information to access the GPS monitoring info

Surveillance

  • We provide a surveillance service to gather evidence of cohabitation
  • STIS has been in the PI business for over 20 years, so we know exactly what the court is looking for to show cohabitation.
